Patrick Hughes

Patrick Hughes has over 15 years of experience in immunology research. With a PhD and B.Sc. (Hons.) in medical physiology, followed by prestigious NHMRC R.D. Wright and Peter Doherty fellowships, Patrick has been at the forefront of immunological research into understanding how altered immune function impacts disease. He has published 38 journal articles and 4 book chapters, including clinical trials published in the highly regarded Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)
Patrick and the ImmunoBiology team are responsible for developing multi-parameter flow cytometry assays, ex-vivo functional PBMC assays and customised cell-based assays to enable clients to better understand the mode of action and impact of their drugs in clinical trial patients.
